After two months of waiting, I haven't received my parcel. And Robyn won't refund my money, claiming she's not responsible. She has also blocked my phone number.

Bought the tourmaline stone charm necklace. Its just stunning and beautiful with the natural stones.

My order was delivered quickly and the jewellery pieces are of excellent quality with a great price point. There was a problem with one of the items in my order but Robyn, Jo and team made everything right by sending me a replacement. They couldn't find the exact same item in stock but took time in understanding my personal style and offered me a range of suitable alternatives. I was so impressed by this and their speedy response. It’s been a tough year for me and I reached out to Robyn to order rose quartz products with such little time for creation and sending.

I am simply in awe of the beautiful box I received perfectly in time to spread my granny, grandad and dad’s ashes.
